Argoz September 15, 2004 - Argoz refused to mention that he did not natively speak English and, as a result, completely ignored lotting procedures. Even after a Spanish-speaking member of the alliance spoke with him, he still refused to give the item back until someone offered him a mannequin part in exchange. Brendanv October 18, 2004 - Brendanv had been an active member of the linkshell before this incident. During one of the rounds, he managed to get extremely high lots that would allow him to leave with two valuable items, yet he refused to pass on either of them once this was discovered. He was fortunately kicked from the alliance before the treasure could be distributed. Lebanon & Sogue October 3, 2004 - Easily the most notorious duo of thieves the linkshell has confronted, Sogue volunteered to heal NPC's and then refused to do his job, resulting in a subpar treasure pool. Seeing that they would most likely not obtain an item, Lebanon lotted on the item that the trader chose and won, disbanding shortly after and refusing to give it back. His partner Sogue then stated that he would give the Tunica back... in exchange for 50,000 gil. He accepted the gil and ran without any compensation. While Lebanon has faded into obscurity, Sogue has developed a reputation as the worst scammer on Seraph, and it all began with his theft from GarrisonCentral. Mrhelpful May 5, 2005 - Amidst one of the linkshell's most successful evenings, Mrhelpful's theft is one sorry blemish. Mrhelpful joined the alliance with a female friend, the name of which was not recorded. When the friend had to leave early, Mrhelpful broke lotting rules and obtained two items, as well as a Page of the Dragon Chronicles, and refused to give them back, citing that they were for his friend who had to leave early. Despite the alliance telling him that a person needs to be present to earn their keep for the evening, Mrhelpful has since stood behind his linkshell in defense of his actions and refuses to discuss the matter further with any GarrisonCentral members. To this day, his is the only theft matter that has not been resolved in some way. Midevilpimp May 30, 2005 - At the end of this Garrison evening, Midevilpimp and the current item trader were the only two alliance members that had not obtained an item. After failing to listen to the explanation of lotting rules and fearing that he was going to be scammed, he lotted on the order trader's choice, refusing to pass afterwards. He would have been kicked from the alliance, but his party leader was - in fact - his friend and the person that invited him to the event in the first place. Midevilpimp later returned the item after calming down in return for being accounted for in the evening pool, but neither him nor his friend - Tilujilu - are allowed to participate in any more linkshell events. Yikko June 30, 2005 - Yikko won three lots this evening, winning a Page of Miratete's Memoirs and two valuable earrings. When she was asked to give up the two tradable items so they could be lotted upon, she instead logged off without giving them back. It took the prodding of a linkshell member to convince her (in person, no less) to give back the items and preserve her reputation, though she is no longer welcome as a member of the linkshell. Twofoottwo & Twofootthree July 3, 2006 - While these brothers did not steal items, their inexcusable behavior put them on this list. Twofootthree was a member of the linkshell for a few days before inviting his brother Twofoottwo as a recruit. Throughout Twofoottwo's first Garrison, he displayed a lack of respect and patience that resulted in his not being allowed back for the following Garrison. When his membership was refused, he trained a large number of mobs onto the outpost during our next Garrison; an act that resulted in his account being flagged by a GM. Twofootthree was allowed to remain in the linkshell, but after being caught trying to deceive the linkshell by going AFK through the majority of Garrisons - an act he had attempted many times previously - his linkpearl was broken. |
