This is meant to be a quick reference and is not a full description of the official linkshell rules. Please refer to the following link for a more in-depth explanation of GarrisonCentral procedures: Official GarrisonCentral Linkshell Rules

Attendance

Priority for participation in an evening's Garrison events is given in the following order to all people who arrive before 8:15pm EST:

1. Linkshell members who signed up for the specific event under Upcoming Events on this website
2. Recruits who posted an application and confirmed their attendance
3. Linkshell members who did not sign up on the website
4. Recruits who posted an application but did not confirm their attendance
5. Recruits who did not post an application
6. Everybody else

If you wish to participate in a Garrison evening, it is highly, highly recommended that you sign up on this website beforehand.

If an alliance member arrives later than 8:15pm EST on the night of a Garrison, they will not be allowed to lot during the first round for which they stay the full duration. Beyond that, they will be subjected to the same lotting rules as everyone else.

Please no SMN's or BRD's at Level 20 Garrisons.

A linkshell member will be considered "inactive" if they do not attend a Garrison during any particular three-week period. To be considered "active" once again, they must attend one Garrison evening, subject to the same rules as a standard recruit.

Replacements

Players that are replacing an alliance member that was forced to leave are not allowed to lot on any items during their first Garrison of the evening unless that Garrison is the last of the evening. After that point, they are subject to the same lotting rules as everyone else.

Battle Orders

To be eligible to start a Garrison, an alliance member must possess a battle order from the current region, and be a citizen of the nation that controls the current region.

The trading order for the evening is determined by a /random lot once the alliance is assembled. The highest lot will trade first, and so on.

If an order trader arrives after 8:15pm EST on the night of a Garrison, they will be bumped to the bottom of the trading queue in the order that they arrived.

Linkshell members are welcome to use multiple characters across multiple nations to trade multiple battle orders in a single week. However, for each battle order beyond the first, the trader will automatically be bumped to the bottom of the trading queue.

Standard Lotting Procedure

At the conclusion of each Garrison, the standard lotting procedure is as follows:

1. The order trader will choose an item from the treasure pool.
2. All other members of the alliance will pass on that chosen item.
3. The order trader will lot on their chosen item and obtain it.
4. All other members of the alliance who have not yet obtained a sellable item (Garrison armor, Military weapon, etc.) will each lot on all remaining sellable items.

If a person accidently obtains two (or more) sellable items, they keep the item on which they lotted highest. The remaining items will be distributed to the alliance member with the highest /random lot who has not yet received an item for the evening.

Other Lotting Rules

In general, do not lot on any items in the treasure pool until an officer gives the appropriate order.

Allow all Mannequin Parts and Dragon Chronicles to drop randomly. Do not lot on them at any time.

If instructed to lot, you must lot on all garrison items currently in the pool. You may not pass on items you don't like.

Do not use experience scrolls (Dragon Chronicles, Miratete's Memoires) until the evening has concluded.

Only one sellable item may be obtained per evening. Additional sellable items will be collected and sold for the GarrisonCentral linkshell fund for use in future special events.

Sellable items in 40- and 50-capped Garrisons will be distributed via /random so that Guardians are eligible as well. Guardians are ineligible for experience scrolls.

During an uncapped Garrison in Vollbow, the officers will collect all sellable items. These items will be sold. The proceeds will be distributed to all members in attendance who have either attended the preceding farming run, or who have farmed an order on their own time.

Miscellaneous

In the event of a shortage of battle orders, the alliance leader reserves the right to move the Garrison to another outpost after the current supply of orders is depleted. The new outpost must impose the same level cap and be under the influence of the same nation as the original outpost.
